Mary

Mary is a bit of a disruptor. But in a good way. She’s a creative problem-solver who helps businesses and professionals transform the status quo into a dynamic process of “flow”. By crystalizing research in neuroscience and psychology, Mary can identify the “stickiness” in human behavior and introduce methods to improve employee performance, empowerment, and effectiveness. We know that our best resource is that amazing 3-5 pound super computer known as the human brain. By analyzing work processes and challenging accepted assumptions in the workplace, Mary can help team members avoid burnout and complacency, while they lean into their strengths and talents on the jobsite. A happy, harmonious team is good business!

Testimonials

“It kind of gives us a little bit of better understanding on what’s going on and why we’re doing something in certain ways. So I definitely appreciate that.”

Brad R., Production Manager. .

“I like that you’re starting the proper way where you’re talking to the people rather than giving us a product. And then trying to get us to, yeah, dig into it.”

Joanne C., Production Analyst. .

“I really like your guys’ approach with trying to spend face time with the operators and get as much exposure with the operators, just kind of refreshing in comparison to, I mean, especially with 365 and all that, it’s kind of the opposite direction. So it’s been kind of refreshing, you guys’ approach to it. And then also, I like that you’re educating us on some of these aspects.”

Brad R., Production Manager. .

“We have been through this effort several times and you are the first ones to engage us as operations, the ones that have to live with and make the system work.  We appreciate this very much

Idris A., Plant Manager. .
