Founders

Mary

Mary is a bit of a disruptor. But in a good way. She’s a creative problem-solver who helps businesses and professionals transform the status quo into a dynamic process of “flow”. By crystalizing research in neuroscience and psychology, Mary can identify the “stickiness” in human behavior and introduce methods to improve employee performance, empowerment, and effectiveness. We know that our best resource is that amazing 3-5 pound super computer known as the human brain. By analyzing work processes and challenging accepted assumptions in the workplace, Mary can help team members avoid burnout and complacency, while they lean into their strengths and talents on the jobsite. A happy, harmonious team is good business!

Dean

Dean’s mission is to build a diverse and revolutionary automation, cybersecurity and engineering firm that treats people as assets, enabling them to succeed. He educates Utility and Manufacturing clients to take advantage of investments in technology, evolving thinking to Automation as a long-term investment. Applying experience from private industry to the public sector, Dean brings a unique perspective to Utility Operations and users of automation.
